Devonport Corporation Act 1900 (63 & 64 Vict. Ch. cclxiii)
An Act to confer powers upon the Corporation of the borough of Devonport with respect to the construction and working of tramways within the borough for extending the powers of the said Corporation as to electric lighting for extending the boundaries of the said borough to make provision for the acquisition of the Devonport Market undertaking to confer further powers upon the said Corporation with respect to streets and other matters and in regard to the health local government and improvement of the said borough to make further provision for the collection and recovery of rates for the borrowing of money and for other purposes.  Royal assent 6th August 1900.  [AC]

An Act To confer further powers upon the Plymouth Stonehouse and Devonport Tramways Company to amend Acts relating to that Company and for other purposes.   Royal Assent 6th August 1900.

Devonport Corporation (Gas) Act 1901 (1 Edw. 7 Ch. cclxxiii)
An Act to authorize the Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of the borough of Devonport to purchase the undertaking of the Devonport Gas and Coke Company and to supply gas within the borough of Devonport and for other purposes.  Royal Assent 17th August 1901.

Plymouth, Devonport and South Western Junction Railway Act 1902 (2 Edw. 7 Ch. xxx)
(This Act confirmed the formation of the Bere Alston & Calstock Light Railway, within the Light Railways Act 1896, and constituted that and the East Cornwall Mineral Railway to be a separate undertaking within the Plymouth, Devonport & South Western Junction Railway Company.)  Royal Assent 23rd June 1902.
