ARMY BARRACKS AND DEPOTS

GEORGES SQUARE BARRACKS, DEVONPORT

GeorgeS Square Barracks was started 1757 within "The Lines" surrounding Plymouth Dock and was of single storey buildings. 

It was located at the South Barrier Gate, Devonport, to the north of the road to Stonehouse Bridge.
