PLYMOUTH AND PENZANCE BANK
Messrs Batten, Carne and Carne, trading as the Plymouth and Penzance Bank, had premises at number 80 Old Town Street, Plymouth, in 1890. It is possible that their premises were what later became the Charing Cross Bank, although renumbered as number 78 Old Town Street. Sources:
