CAN YOU HELP, PLEASE?

KEYHAM UNITED AMATEUR FOOTBALL CLUB

I am seeking to contact anyone who can tell me something of the history of the Keyham United Amateur Football Club.

A lady has recently donated to the Plymouth Cioty Museum a clip-on badge marked "Keyham United AFC Collector".  It is assumed this was used by the man (or men) who went around the supporters collecting admission money in the days before turnstiles.

But when was the team founded and by whom?  Where was its "home ground"?  And when was it disbanded or does a modern team carry on its tradition if not its name?

If you are able to through any light on these questions, please reply to brianmoseley@plymouthdata.info.   Please do not enclose anything with your initial e-mail as messages with attachments are deleted automatically.

Thank you for your assistance.
