As anybody involved in research of any kind will tell you, there are two problems that everyone encounters. Firstly there is finding the information you want. In the main the answer is in a library or record office or, increasingly, on the Internet. But more often than not, you are the first person looking for it and if it is not in one of the depositories of information, it is probably in private hands. Secondly, more often than not, finding the information leaves you with even more questions than the information itself answers. Which is why there is to be a "Can you help, please?" section to the Plymouth Data Website. In future any questions I cannot find answers to will be posted here and you will be invited to contribute to the Website.
