ROLL OF HONOUR, GREAT WAR

Created:  24 October 2011 

Beneath the headline "Joy of Sacrifice", the Western Morning News of Monday July 19th 1920 reported the lesson preached by the Bishop of Bradford, Doctor A W T Perowne, former vicar of Saint Andrew's Church, on the occasion of the dedication the previous day of a memorial tablet to the men of the Church and parish of Saint Andrew's who gave their lives during the Great War  [1][2].
