PLYMOUTH CINEMAS

PLAZA CINEMA  II

The Studio Seven cinema in Plymouth closed on Saturday March 27th 1976 and reopened the following day as the Plaza Cinema once again. 

However, there was no chnage in the image:  the first films were "Diary of a Space Virgin" and "A Girl Called Jules".

The Plaza Cinema finally closed on Saturday October 3rd 1981.  The films "Sex on the Rocks" and "Blue Movie Star" were shown that day.  The manager was Mr Bill Willitts.
