MOTOR BUS ROUTE "203" PLYMOUTH to TAVISTOCK and OKEHAMPTON On Sunday January 1st 1928 the National Omnibus & Transport Company took over the Devon Motor Transport Company's service from Plymouth to Tavistock and Okehampton. When service numbers were introduced in June 1928 this became service 203. The timetable from January 1929 was: From Plymouth at 9am, 12 Noon, 4pm, and 8pm. From Okehampton at 7.55am, 8.30 (Friday's only), 12.45pm, 4.50pm, amd 6.45pm. The Plymouth to Tavistock section of National's service 203 was combined with service 201 to become Western National's service 83.
