MOTOR BUS ROUTE "213"

PLYMOUTH to BUCKFASTLEIGH and EXETER

On Sunday January 1st 1928 the National Omnibus & Transport Company took over the Devon Motor Transport Company's service from Plymouth to Buckfastleigh (Dart Bridge).

When service numbers were introduced in June 1928 this became service 213.

By January 3rd 1929 the service had been extended to Exeter and the timetable was:-

From Plymouth at (Weekdays) 9am, (Sundays only) 10.15am, (Weekdays) 12 Noon, 2.45pm and (Weekdays and Sundays) 6.45pm.

From Exeter at (Weekdays) 9am, (Sundays only) 10.45am, (Weekdays) 12 Noon, 2.45pm and (Weekdays and Sundays) 6.45pm.
