PLYMOUTH NORTH ROAD STATION - STATISTICS

The following statistics show the number of Great Western Railway tickets, excluding season tickets; the number of GWR season tickets sold and the receipts generated at Plymouth's North Road Station.  The number of staff employed at the Station stood at 31 in 1903.  It reached 103 in 1931 and was 122 people in 1940, most, if not all, male. 

These figures originated from Mr C R Clinker (1906-83), Great Western Railway historian.
