DEAN NATIONAL SCHOOL, PLYMSTOCK

Dean National School was was situated near Dean Cross, Plymstock.

It was opened in 1827 and was originally a mixed school but when the Plymstock School Board took it over shortly after 1871 it became their boys' school and the girls were sent to the new Goosewell Board School.
