ATHENAEUM THEATRE
The original Plymouth Athenaeum was destroyed during the Second World War. It was rebuilt as part of the post-war reconstruction and opened in May 1961. It includes a small, 350-seat theatre, which is still used today by amateur groups. Sources (incomplete):
